Leaving Feedback

Created by Andy Powell, Modified on Fri, 26 Jul at 9:53 AM by Andy Powell

To simplify the process of getting feedback we use a tool that allows you to leave feedback directly on your website rather than creating lists to send by email. If you do not know how to log into your site have a look at this tutorial.

Once logged in you will be able to see a dark blue bar at the bottom of each page with a bright blue [+COMMENT]button, this is only visible to you as the website owner and us as the developers.

To leave feedback simply click the [+COMMENT], then the thing you want to change, this will then display a little popup box for your comments, when you click “Add comment” we’ll get notified of your request, and once we have address it you will get a notification by email.

The comment popup allows you to leave instructions for changes and additions you would like made on your site.

Click on the paper clip icon to attach images or content (for example a word document) to you comment.

Take a look at the video below to see the system in action.
